Summer Development
As the hazy days of summer float by, don't forget that fall term is just over the horizon. For some of you, that means the start of Senior Project, your capstone to your studies at Drexel. While you're chilling by the pool, you should be using your downtime to develop the story you want to work on for your final script. It's never too early to start working. Always be in development!

The End Is Nigh
This is the beginning of week 10, everyone. Seniors, any draft you want me to read before you graduate is due in my mailbox by Friday, 5:00 PM. After that, I won't be accepting new material.
I'd like to schedule one last individual meeting with everyone during week 10 or finals week, so e-mail me your availability.
Thanks for all the hard work, everyone. This is the home stretch!

New Term -- Off To The Races
Greetings to anyone starting the workshop process for the spring/summer cycle of classes. I hope to see most of you at the first meeting, scheduled for next Tuesday morning, 10:00 AM in the small screening room. If you're on co-op or have a scheduling conflict, please remember to do two things:
1. Send me a 1-2 paragraph pitch for the story you'll be writing.
2. Send me a link to your personal blog for the class, as per the syllabus.
If you don't make it to the pitch meeting, I'll be e-mailing you the class syllabus within a few days. Feel free to contact me or your individual instructors if you have any questions.
